Spring means it’s high season for real estate – Are you thinking about selling? Renting? And how does that relate to Blue Ridge?
Coordination between sellers, agents, escrow, and the Blue Ridge HOA office are paramount to eliminate unpleasant surprises and help ensure an on time closing. In our current market, not many purchase agreements include time to review HOA governing documents; if you’d like to review or download our documents, they can be found at www.BlueRidgeSeattle.com
under the About tab. Time is of the essence if a contract does require HOA document review, let us know and we’ll turn around document requests ASAP. Contact us as early as possible to request a final statement of account and to complete an escrow demand.
Are you managing the property yourself or hiring a professional manager? Will Blue Ridge continue communicating with you, or your property manager? Do we have the correct mailing address for homeowner notices? Will you or your renters have key fob and amenity access? Since homeowners are ultimately responsible for amenity damage or misuse, the office can only issue key fobs to owners or the managers designated in contract. Depending on your lease arrangements, the office may need a copy of the management contract and/or a completed New Resident Form. Let us know your arrangements and we’ll help navigate the details.
