Happy Holidays Blue Ridge!
Year-end means a flurry of activity and it’s easy to be hyper-focused on tasks and deadlines. Thank you to those who’ve taken the time to stop by, mail, or email the warmth of the season. I am honored to serve the Blue Ridge community and enjoy contributing to this wonderful community.
Are you a one percenter? Thank you to those that promptly paid this year! We end 2017 with accounts receivables at 99% for both 2017 dues and 2017 maintenance assessment and 100% collected for all athletic programs! If you’re one of the one percent, we need to talk!
Seattle City Light Project Update Have you noticed the 3 pilot street lights installed at 2300 NW Blue Ridge Dr? Please send any feedback soon to Patrick.Donohue@seattle.gov
City Light recently installed 7 replacement trees along 15th Ave near the clubhouse and pool, I can’t wait to see next year’s fall colors.
Do you know a neighbor who doesn’t receive the Bulletin? Please encourage them to reach out and add their name to the list. Homeowners “opt-in” to receive the Blue Ridge Bulletin and community eblasts with the understanding email addresses and Directory contacts are private, to encourage neighbor to neighbor communications, and not for distribution to other organizations.
Coming soon! 2018 Facility Rentals Next year’s cabana and clubhouse rental calendar will open on February 5th, this allows volunteers to coordinate and schedule a year’s worth of community events. An eblast will remind everyone when the calendar opens for private parties.
Cheers to a season of celebrations and a happy, healthy new year!
